Cultural heritage, arts and international cooperation

Fortuna Heritage is a programme of intercultural cooperation, research and public engagement with the cultural heritage of Ireland and Ukraine. Through joint research, educational materials, the arts and community events, we study cultural parallels and create new opportunities for understanding between communities.

Three parts of the programme

• Research. Work with sources together with scholars and specialists. We call historical hypotheses hypotheses, not proven facts.
• Cultural exchange. The arts, educational materials and meetings that introduce communities to one another.
• Community effect. Access for people of different cultures to knowledge, art and shared cultural experience.

What is inside

• Roots of Europe: a research and artistic project. Preliminary application submitted on 16 October 2026, no decision.
• Arts, music and theatre: support for artists, musicians, actors and creative groups. An area in development.

How we work

We check sources and claim nothing beyond what can be confirmed. We name scholarly partners only once their participation is confirmed. We show honestly where knowledge ends and conjecture begins.
