What we collect and why
- When you write to us by email: your name, address and your message. We use them to answer you. We keep them for as long as needed to deal with your request and a reasonable time afterwards.
- When you come to an event: we may keep your name and contact details for booking and for safety. Event terms will say what we collect for each event.

- This website: it does not use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics that identify you. See Cookies.
Other services
Our pages on Instagram and Facebook are run by those companies under their own rules. Please read their privacy policies. We do not control what they collect.
Legal basis
We use your data to answer your message and to run events you ask to join (legitimate interest and, where needed, your consent). We ask for consent before publishing photos where people can be recognised.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you your data, correct it, delete it or limit its use, and you can object to its use. Write to info@fortunacommunity.ie. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
Changes
We will change this notice when we start to use new tools, such as a contact form or analytics, and we will say so on this page.
